Hi Elizabeth As you say he's your grandfather should the date be 1905 perhaps? If so, you could search the freebmd site or the 1837 site. I think you might get more replies if you put this on the tips board though as it will soon disappear on here. Heather |

TRYING TO FIND INFO ABOUT MY GFATHER WHO WAS IN A COUNCIL HOME WE THINK IN PORTMADOG NORTH WALES. HE ALSO LIVED IN A VILLAGE CALLED GARN DOLBENMAEN. I HAVE A LETTER TO HIM WITH ARGOED, GARN DOLBENMAEN AT THE TOP AND SIGNED YOUR BROTHER WILL (LONGHERT) NOT SURE WHAT THIS MEANS. CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP AS I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO NEXT. I HAVE LOOKED FOR A BIRTH CERTIFICATE BUT NOT FOUND IT. HELP! ELIZABETH |
