Fine, but does that mean I'll have to subscribe again? I don't see why they can't sort it out, as they've messed things up. CB >|<

Hi CB, I'd do what Jess suggests and remove both of you and start again. Gwynne

My husband joined FR about 2 years back under the name of his old school, then he put me on it (as I didn't have my own email address then) under the name of my senior school. I then joined GR last year under my own name, using my own email account and password. I then found I couldn't access the FR details he'd posted to update them. I asked GR what to do about it and got no response. A few weeks later, I registered myself under my primary school and found I couldn't join up the two schools under my own name. Emailed GR again and eventually got a response saying I should cancel one account and upgrade the other. As the one I want to cancel is the one my husband put on, I can't access it - and now neither can he. I now find that this miraculous new system has removed my name from the list of 1967 leavers from my senior school and substituted my husband's name. It has also transferred his little introductory paragraph to my school, and my own message also appears on the same page, under his name. If anyone from GR is reading this, would they please note that my husband did not attend a girls' grammar school, neither did he authorise the transfer of his details to that page, nor did he or I remove my name and substitute his! We would appreciate some guidance from any Board member who knows how to sort this out - or from GR, if they are unwilling to correct it themselves. CB >|<
