I do not know the program but sometimes you have to register ownership to activate it. This can usualy be done online.

MP3 is audio that has been compressed made smaller than normal thats what an mp3 play uses so I am assuming you will have to convert your audio cds to the mp3 format before u can use them on the mp3 player. what program you using to put the tracks on to mp3 player?? Paul

Janette Report 17 Feb 2005 23:20

Don' t know Paul, License's not found, License has either expired or has been lost,is all it says. I think you need licenses to copy the c.d which should come with media player when you download it, That's why we uninstalled and reinstalled thinking it would sort it self out. Hope that makes sense to you cos it don't to me Jan

I don't use Media Player, but seem to remember that it would play MP3 but not encode (rip) it. Try Musicmatch Jukebox, it does everything and the basic version is available free from the Musicmatch website. This can be upgraded to the Plus version for about $15 and gives more enhancements. Derek.
