Hallo Again Dilys, I seem to be chasing you round the threads. The concert must have been wonderful. Bournemouth Phil have a little leprachaurn of a conductor and he jumps- at all the loud bits. He told me off one year as I was clapping too politely! in time to the music, so when we were all invited to join in with whistles etc I surprised him as I had brought along my kids WWhhooo whistle. It sounds like a fire work.He fell about on the rostrum and called out 'Never judge a book by its Cover''--Rose |

I ALWAYS WATCH THAT CONCERT, IT IS SO LOVELY, ISN'T IT? I also went to the New Year's Day concert at the Bridgewater Hall (Manchester) one year and Viennese dancers just added to the magic of the music..... Dilys |

Thank you Rupert-You are such a gentleman. My beloved will be pleased to partner your good lady as we all whirl across the floor. We actually did go to a wonderful Vienese Evening with the Bournemouth Phil at Weymouth Pavillion last year.Unfortunately we missed it this year because I didn't book because my time was taken up with Mum and I forgot and my Cousin Brian who always comes with us,with his wife Joy was having a hip replacement done.So he forgot.Don't laugh.Brian will be dancing again soon. I would have preferred to have mailed you privately on this but you know we have been stuck together on my contacts with all that has been said between us there for all to see. I will partner you gladly in the Vienese waltz's, particularly those that were played so superbly in the concert. I trust that it will be tails etc? I will have to hire same since the ones I had when younger would not have fitted(alittle more weight than when I was30.) What time do you want me? My pleasure madam, Rupert Bear. |

Rose - I can see you clearly! Having a great time! I only dance to Cajun music as my knees wont allow me to waltz any more. With Cajun, you just dance from the ankle down! Have a good time Rose. And dont forget to get back to your writing. xxx |
