The softener seems to stick like glue so I use a baby's bottle brush to get into the nooks and crannies. Heather |

Thanks Heather. Yes it's worked. On my old machine you lifted up the front and it came out easily. This one needs some brute force! And now it's out I wish it wasn't!!!! Regards Janice |

Pull it open as far as you can, then lift it at the back and pull. Hope that works Heather |

Sorry, this is really boring but the soap drawer is all gunky and disgusting and I want to clean it but I can't work out how to remove it from the machine :-( Janice |
