	On holiday this week as my job is called term time which means i'm on holiday when the kids are.......Ahhhhhh Got to have a tooth out tomorrow (have a severe phobia of dentists)...... Got to have my eyes tested after that..... What a holiday this is..... Oh and my seven year old is bored already..... Let me go back to work pleaseeeeeeeee Jan

	oh Jan, I know EXACTLY how you feel. Had a tooth out last year (after 2 crowns under sedation) and I have a serious dental phobia too. I took Kalms for a week beforehand - think it helped. Hubby has to come with me or I refuse treatment and leg it out of the surgery! Won't kid you, it was horrid, but 2 days later I was back to normal so psych yourself up and tell yourself you CAN do it! Will be thinking of you. Maz. XX

	Thanks for the reply Peta, I love half term really,I think???? Hi Maz,, Thanks for the support, the girls at work laugh at me as i'm in tears before I go, but I can't help it, get in a right state, maybe i'll try those Kalms see if they work before the next time. Jan
