After the London meet.....

After the meeting we went to Leicester Square in the hope of going to the Cinema. Streets were blocked off by lots of Police and barriers erected. It was the BAFTA Awards at the cinema! We arrived just as the last guest went in. We went back at 8pm to see them all leave in their posh cars and saw: Richard Gere who waved at everyone. Keanno Reaves Leonardo Dicaprio Emma Watson (Hermoine from Harry Potter) Esther Rantzen Imelda Staunton - best actress award Jim Broadbent Mike Leigh Cate Blanchett and Clive Owen. As my daughter is well into Drama, it was a wonderful experience. I didn't mind either as Richard Gere was lovely! Jacky :-) |
