My daughter and I ended up in a really grotty Hotel on Saturday night and I have a list of about 30 things that were wrong. These include items of Health and Safety and misleading information. I will write to the H&S department for that area and also the company who advertised the Hotel on their site. Any other ideas please? Jacky x

You could also write to the head office, and list every thing that was wrong with the room. Bev

If you booked it through an agent, then you should address your complaint to them to take up on your behalf. If you booked it direct, then you should complain to the Manager or owner of the hotel. Is the hotel part of a chain or a member of any travel trade associations?? If so write to them too. Maz. XX

The manager was 'not available'. It isn't part of chain (thank goodness!). I will add Trading Standards to the list. Thank you. Jacky x

Before you book any other hotel (anywhere) have a look on www(.)tripadvisor(.)com. It's a realy good site where you can see reviews on lots of hotels worldwide and also resorts.
