I opened up an album which is now on, then decided to put the photo's on later, now I can't find a way of putting any in. Don't know what to do, any advice? Thanks Jo.

I noticed other people have got 'add photos', but not me! I don't know what I've done. Jo.

Jo, When I went on last night, I signed into my .NET passport and then added photos in the way Dawn indicated.

I just tried to start a new album, but I had to install something first and it kept coming back saying, 'Failed to install'. Grrrrrrr, I'm giving up now, Grrrrr. Jo. p.s. Thanks for your help anyway. Jo.

OK. Can someone start with very easy steps of explanation please. I cannot see anywhere on the photo page instructions for adding an album. I have a lot of photos I want to add from Saturday and I can't!! So please cans omeone email me so I can print off instructions and read as I do it. Thank you in anticipation of an easy reply! No not yet DD. There is something called MSM Photo Upload Control. When I try that, it says, The Control Failed to Install. So I've given up and I've spent most of the morning messing about with this. Thank you for your help DD. Jo.

I kept getting the upload failed message yesterday, but finally got it to load on the 8th or 9th attempt....so keep trying, it will work eventually!!! Good luck Yvette

when I had problems, I found I wasn't signed in... as soon as I did, I had the option there to add photos good luck!! Maz. XX

Thank you Yvette for your help. I have loaded the album, install programme and photos which took about 10 minutes in all! Apologies now for any wrong or missed names on the photos. Jacky :-)

Jacky Loved the photos, and the titles. I didn't think to add any to mine, was just to pleased to actually get them up there. I have got a few others to add, but i am trying to treat the red eye in them first, will give it another go later and see what i can do. Yvette

Andy, I only gpot them mixed up when typing!! The ones on my computer are named correctly, brain just got fuddled when putting them on the page. all corrected now I hope!! Hello for Saturday! Jacky :-)
