Lucia I once went out with a Swedish boy called BO!! My nickname was the now somewhat non PC 'Bin'. Short for dustbin because I used to finish everyone's leftovers at mealtimes. It was also the middle letters of my surname, Robinson. Daisy |

As a schoolboy I was nick-named 'carroty top'. Not because of the colour but the way the foliage grew. Oh that I had a bit of foliage up there now. Len |

You won't believe this! At school, I was Broz. Because of Ambrosia creamed rice. Andrew, Ambrosia, Broz? I'm sorry, I never understood! Now my mates call me Gripper. Because I'm older than most of them by between 16 and 23 years. So Gripper is the old Gripper, hanging on to life at the age of 57! |

I was given the nickname Bazzer at work. I had bought a deerstalker hat at the time the old Sherlock Holmes films (starring Basil Rathbone) were being shown on TV. I still use the name 'Bazzer' on several internet forums. |
