I would just like to say that I am very happy for them, They have both been unable to enjoy each others company for long enough. I think it is now time to set aside the passed and wish them well. Wishing them every Happiness Gaynor :-) |

I think they should have let him marry her in the first place - years before he met Diana. Their names were linked in the 60's. Good luck to them. Magsxx |

I think Mags hits the nail on the head 'THEY should have let him marry her in the first place'. Happy days |

Harry - 'THEY' are responsible for a lot of hassle aren't they? The palace 'machinery' whirrs into action aided and abetted as always by politicians and churchmen that think they know what's best - and this is a prime example of what happens. Two people whose affection for each other has lasted over 30 years but have never been able until recently to proclaim publicly what most people realised donkey's years ago - so marriage to other people was bound to fail! Who can forget what happened to Princess Margaret and Peter Townsend either? Magsxx |

Mags, Once again you have got it right (in my opinion). Not everyone will agree. Stories end up in two ways - 'they all lived happily.......' or 'it jolly well serves them.....'. I very much hope it is the former. Best wishes |
