if the lights come on and nothing it sounds like your battery is flat not enough charge in it , could be the cold weather that has made it flat, or its your alternator not charging, get a jump and if the battery doesn't hold the charge, buy a new one, if it goes flat again then its the alternator sandra

no ,she is manual and the man across from me has tried passing me and nothing.

Is it manual or auto? If manual i would say the battery too. you can turn on the lights and radio but there may not be enough to start it. Ask a kind person for a jump start. If auto, check that you have it in 'park' properly. Do that all the time with hubby's car as mines a manual. Mel:-)

iS IT AN AUTOMATIC? i moved my automatic just a few yards up the road and it would not start the next morning.When the AA man came the first thing he said was ''Have you moved this car a short way?' Just a thought-Do you have breakdown cover--Rose'

Does the ignition lights come on ?? will she turn over ?? or is it just a clunk. could be your battery check the lead terminals are ok, and your spark plugs if not turning over, if its a flat battery a jump start should get it going sandra

is and will not start- thats my car, yes she has petrol in. Any ideas-
