I renewed mine on line then weeks later got a letter informing me as I had not renewed it, I would not get any more, so I phoned them and pointed out that I had renewed, within 3 weeks it was sorted and got my back pay, so yes do get onto them. :) Bev

bev that is bad.i would be on the phone everyday to them until they get it sorted.saying that when i had problems with mine it took me two days to get through!!!!xxxxxxxxxxxx(:

Tax credits are a nightmare... we were overpaid, even though we pointed out there was a problem with our claim! We had the letter back telling us how much we were entitled to and they had messed it up. We informed them of this but they did nothing so we were overpaid and are now paying it back! I hope you get it sorted

Has anybody else had any problems getting their tax credits? We have been waiting since before Christmas for ours to be sorted and things are getting a little tough now! We only have 180 pound a week coming in and that is for 3 of us... same commitments as everyone else...bills, mortgage, food etc! Really getting to the end of my tether at the moment!! Sorry for the moan Bev
