Yesterday i went to put flowers on my gr grandparents grave in Eastergate, and their were some their already, as we aren't in touch with anyone from that side of the family, i wrote a letter putting my contact details on it and who i was, and placed it in a plastic bag under a heavy stone. So fingers crossed i may get an answer if the angels are watching over me. Sandra |

I really hope you hear from them. It's funny because I thought of doing something similar on my great grandparents' grave next time I'm in Preston. I had the latest report through from CEMSEARCH yesterday and although I the right graves aren't yet on it I know they're there somewhere! Good luck. Daisy |

oh Sandra how exciting! When we found our gt grandparents grave, there were some silk flowers there that looked only a few months old. My sister went back and did the same as you, but we have never heard. We are going again next week, so it will be interesting to see what is there. Hope you hear something soon. Maz. XX |

Fingers crossed that you get a reply. It's so annoying when that happens. We went to visit my sister and baby's grave in Wooler just after Mother's day and there had been some flowers left on the grave. We have been putting flowers on since 1979 and apart from one occasion when a relative put her wedding bouquet on it there have never been any flowers other than ours. Wish I'd done the same as you now as it has been really bugging me ever since. Good Luck! Lorrainex |

Sandra, I hope you get a result. I am a firm believer in taking opportunities whenever you can to find out more information. If you don`t take that chance you will never know and may always regret it. Even if it is a longshot, and nothing comes of it, it is definitely worth a try. Fingers crossed for you. Frances |
