I must be such a bad person - but I was always taught to tell the truth and say what I am feeling - Well I have found to my cost that not everyone likes to hear the truth and have just lost the one friend who I thought was a real friend through telling the truth - oh well I guess my original theory of not trusting anyone has proved true once again ....... Why do I bother?

Tracy, telling the truth is the right thing to do, they will realise that one day!! As long as you can hold your head up and say you told them in their own best ineterest then that's all that matters!! Pink xx

Agree with di in her last coment, if the friend asked you for the truth then why were they offended by it . ????? just keep on telling the truth as it is always the best way to be, and your friend will thank you for it in the end .....

Not every one would turn there back I always tell the truth if they are real friends they won't walk away so I wouldn't worry if she is a real friend she will come back

Tracy It would be harder for her to ignore you in person than it is on a text message. Jeanette x

Tracy I also told the truth to one of my mates, that ended up with my life being threatend, she just sat back and did nothing, then I realised that if that is the way she repaid friendship, I was better off with out her, and have got on very nicely thank you. As has been said already a true friend will stick with you even though they didn't want to hear it, just because you are some one who can be relied on to be honest, I would rather you as a friend than the one I cut off. :) Bev
