What I always find so sad about Rap is the Nerd's who sing it in their baggy trousers with their hats on backwards.They use words like 'Respect Man' Its repetative banality does nothing to generate THE RESPECT these people so genuinely crave.-Rose

Hi Lucia I hate groups like UB40 and others that are non musical who make records claiming it's Reggae Music. ugh. I also hate those poppy throw away sort of music, ditty's. I don't care what catagory the music comes from whether its Pop, Classical, Jazz, Rock, Folk, Rap, Soul, Reggae whatever it is it has to say something, if it ain't I don't want it. One of the best tracks about modern inner the city life I ever heard was Ice T 's "That's How I'm Livin'", one of the most powerful statements on urban life anyone will hear. Now that's my thing, not Rap (which this is) but it's music that says something. Hate Gangsta Rap and Ragga/Bashment (it's Reggae equivelent). Pat x

That new J-Lo song is really doing my head in at present, it has this most annoying, repetitive trumpet in the background, playing the same old beat over and over. Words fail to describe how irritating that song is.

I'm in an unfortunate position in that my graphic communication class is full of neds who have the worst taste in music...the teacher allowed them to play music in class and they chose dance music, which I hate. I've still got the revved up version of killing me softly in my head...grrr Lucia :-)
