Posted a message on the Tips Board yesterday and got a couple of replies but nothing has helped. Had an account with Ancestry.co.uk for 4 months. Never any problems until Friday when I couldn't log in. Thinking I had forgotten my password I filled in my e.mail address asking for a new link. Message came up that an e.mail had been sent to me. I have done this 5/6 times so far and still not heard from Ancestry. The message comes up about an e.mail sent to me but I have not received it. Anyone with a brain out there got a solution. My brain, such as it is, has now gone into overdrive and I feel like I am experiencing groundhog day... Again.... again.... again. Jean x.

Thanks for your replies. I have just read Gaynor's thread and at the moment I am too upset to concentrate on my tiny little problem. I'll give it half an hour and then I'll pop back. Thank you all. Jean x.
