A while ago I asked for some ideas for my Grand daughters who wanted to raise money for the disaster. They both went away and spoke to their headmasters. Both schools have had mufti days (wear your own clothes). There was also a big event in the centre of town when school children danced. One Grand daugher was instrumental in one of the dance routines. Quite a lot of money was raised. And this weekend I have heard my Great niece has raised over £500 from doing a 7 mile sponsered walk. Not bad for an 11 year old! |
