Thanks Daddy Bryan!!! Just know that this will be my first year alone at V day for two years and it'll be hard. I know its mostly commercial rubbish but its hard when you're alone and the last person you celebrated it with is with someone else!!! becx |

My first experience of Valentines Day was when I was 10. I received 2 cards and a box of chocs! Then when I was 14 I had a guy break into my locker and fill it with chocs, perfume and cuddly toys... I have never been more scared!!! This year - won't receive a thing :-( becx |

My first real Valentine's Day was was when I was 14. It was sent in the post. For years I wanted it to be this bloke I had had a crush on, Yves Blais. But I found out, through Dad's slip of the tongue, that it was he who had sent it to cheer me up!!! He had had a colleague write it. It was a relatively expensive one for Dad's standard too! It made noises. Had one card since, at college, and I think I know who it was from, and Dad says he didn't send it. But I didn't fancy the bloke, I liked him as a friend. When he told me at the end of college, I was really funny to him after that. Feel so bad for it too. |

Do you remember giving or receiving your first valentines card? What do you normally get for valentines day and what was your best present? Lucia :-) |
