HOW DO I GET MILDEW OFF WINDOW SILLS?

I was told to use bleach first to remove mildew, then to go over the area with disinfectant going slightly further. Bev

serious for a minute Emma,being in the trade for twenty years,the fact that you keep getting mildew on your sealant is down to the fact that the firm who installed your windows used the wrong sealant for the application,they should have used anti fungal silicone.We used to use t/cut,but at twelve pound a bottle your hubby will kill you if he sees you using his car cleaner,so i would go for the vinager and lemon juice.Fred.ptfg>&a&g&s.

Any tips for removing mildew off of a window sill? its the bathreeom window, since having double glazing its a nightmare. I open the window when having a bath and have tried mildew remover but its not working!
