JUST TO MAKE THIS ABSOLUTELY CLEAR. DO NOT OPEN ANY E-MAILS UNLESS a) it is from a person who is known to you b) it is a company TO WHOM YOU HAVE GIVEN YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS. I bank with abbey national and Woolwich but have never given them my e-mail so any e-mails I get purporting to be from them are deleted straightaway. I do get e-mails from companies I use/order from online but I never open anything I don't recognise as bonafide, including lots every week from people warning me about viruses. If you have adequate firewall/antivirus software you don't need to be warned. It's rather like someone telling you that there's a lot of mumps around at the moment. If you've had mumps or had the jab the warning is irrelevant to you. nell
