I have no idea what I have done - probably nothing that would have made a difference.....BUT Outgoing mail still wouldn't 'go' earlier but now all email in my outbox that I elected to 'send later' is now in my sent box - so I presume it HAS gone! Apologies to those people getting mail that just says 'testing outgoing mail' - I didn't expect to be able to send it! LOL Thanks to you all Magsxx

Mags,if you have norton ,run a virus scan on incredimail first.,just in case,If you have a good firewall disable norton first to stop it interfering with the download,but don't shut the firewall down while you are on line.Fred.ptfg.&a&g&s.

Thanks Debra - yes we do have security in place. I just wonder why now? - I will try uninstalling Incredimail tomorrow and see if that makes a difference. Ta muchly! Off to bed now - if anyone is waiting for replies to emails - tough luck until the morning! LOL Magsxxx

Thanks both! I have had Incredimail as long as I have had H otmail - quite some time and this is the first problem I have encountered. Incoming mail is fine - no problems there. It just won't let me send anything! (not in 'regular' H otmail either) Thanks anyway, perhaps it will right itself otherwise I will just use my husband's email account! Magsxx

I had incredimail last year and found that the two programmes conflicted ,but i don,t know about the new version.Fred.ptfg&a&g&s.

Is anyone else having problems sending mail via Incredimail/H otmail? I can receive mail but outgoing mail won't 'go' and it tells me it is 'forbidden'. What's wrong?? - Any ideas??
