if someone sends an e-mail through Genes is there anyway of checking who they are before replying, i have just had an e-mail but i am not sure if it was in answer to a question i had put on the records board or someone wanting info, the body of the e-mail was very short, and now i am wondering if i should have replied at all Tina |

Unless it is someone you have previous email contact with, they cannot get your email address from this site. You will receive an email from genes to say you have a message and who it is from. You then click on message to the left of the screen (on genesreunited) and it will take you to your in box for genes. Jacky x |

If you go on to contacts and find their name and click it will show messages sent recieved so will know who contacted who as shows dates to Karin |
