Thanx for your advice folks, I will check on the net, and then seek advice as well from CAB, I have just 2 weeks to do all of this as I will still be off work recovering from surgury, just what I needed to help with th recovery process.... Bev

Bev, Look on the web for the union you SHOULD have belonged to!! LOL You will get some general guidelines there. I was made redundant last year, and didn't belong to the union, but I got some information from the web, and was able to sound like I knew what I was talking about - didn't do much in the end, but had them sweating a bit LOL maggie

Hi I have just found out that I might be made redundant, but I think it might be a breach of contract, is there any one here that has knowledge of the legal system, or knows some one who could advise me please? Bev
