Help needed with Norton

My husband has pressed a wrong button somewhere and I can no longer get into Internet Explorer, Google etc. I can receive my e-mails via Outlook Express. I can get into Internet Explorer if I turn off the Norton, but then keep getting the message "Your firewall has been dismantled". What should I do now?

try to see if you can remember your password Sylvia,and if you can reset your firewall via the default settings.Other than that ,if you have to ,get in touch with zone alarms help contact number,.Fred.Ptfg&a&g&s.

Hi Sylvia, Sorry for the delay had to dash of and get dinner. I have Norton Internet Security which i upgrade each year i download it from their site, but the first time i used it i had to uncheck my PC's firewall [I have xp] and i just use Nortons own firewall i don't know if this will work for you , if not i would uninstall it then reinstall it , i am not that good with these things but i just fiddle around other than that i would put a help me Judy on the tips board i am sure she would solve the problem.
