Well I bit the bullet and ordered the birth certificate for William Wilson my 2ndGGF.... The ONS gave me a link to see exactly where Chadwell Heath is and sure enough it's a small little place smack dab next to Romford. I checked the BMD 2 years either side and found no other William Wilson born at Romford. I put a question mark beside the page number but they got everything else! LOL LOL ** Crossing fingers**
