hi margret iv been battling with my thyroid for along time now on top of haveing ms.it could just be that your level of thyroxine needs adjusting, took a good few monthes before they got it right for me,started on 25mg now on 200.the tiredness will get less but never go altogether.give it a couple of weeks then request your bloods tested again. luv debs.x

Hi Margaret...i have had under active thyroid for 8 yrs now and yes...when i was first diagnosed and b4 i was very tired and would feel like fallin asleep at anytime...it should improve if you are on the right dosage of thyroxine...if it doesnt go back to drs you may need to up the dose....tc Ellen...

Hi Margaret! Maybe it is your body adjusting and catching up on sleep lost in the past? If you are worried then have a word with your GP or practice nurse. Maz. XX
