has bullying changed over the years??

what do you think .is it being recognised.in schools in the workplace and in other areasxxxxxx(:

i think it is kb.it has resorted in physical vilence which has meant someone losing their life.in schools they are powerless to react.but as you get older the bullying can be dealt with.i was told by a policeman that physical and mental bullying is an arrestable offencexxxx(:

I left my last job due to being bullied It's hard to cope with as a forty year old man being bullied, but I felt there was no one to go to he was my union rep and he had bullied people before hate is a strong emotion but i really hated that man ,still do he later got sacked as he tried to bully my replacement and he stood up to him and they started fighting.

it does happen in the workplace rob.it is being recognised now which is a good thing and being dealt withxxxx(:
