We think he's brilliant. Last year we went to a recording of 'last of the summer wine' we watched the film and had to laugh at the funny bits...Well as a suprise Norman was there, he spoke for about 20 minutes. he was really funny, and then said he would sign autographs, but after about 15 mins he was lead away. think it was a bit much for him. He didn't want to go mind you.. I think todays film is the best. a real laugh a minute. Pat |

My friend knows him as he lives near her on the IOM. She says he always walks like he does in his films! He's a great artiste and I still love his films. Jo. |

neither did I Bev - we wondered about the season of films on and then discovered it was for his 90th birthday lol he was a lovely singer too though lol he sounds a right lad does your dad Karen :-) |

i love Norman Wisdom.its my Dads birthday today and he looks so like Norman,he was at Dublin airport last year when two men came over and asked if he was Norman Wisdom,so Dad said yes LOL |

Cant believe this chap is still on the go at 90! I have ALWAYS loved his movies and BBC2 have had a season of them this wek to celebrate his birthday. Timeless classic. Does anyone else like his movies??? |
