I had a similar problem. Send the problem in feedback to GR and it should get sorted out. Joy

She initiated the first email, then I responded. However after three weeks and me now asking on this board to input .... I just received an email again from her saying all was okay. So she must be able to view the tree. Thank you so much for responding. The GR site is quite exciting with all the info that we can have access to. I'm very pleased with the results so far. Again thank you for responding hopefully I won't run into this problem again. Regards

I think she must be because she can send emails to me via GR. I thought that was part of the subscription. Am I mistaken?

Has anyone run into this problem? I go to my contact list select permission to allow this person to view, but the person cannot gain access. Today I did a little test, went and found her relative on the listings that is part of our family, selected the name and sent an email and also selected the little box to allow this person to view. When I went back to my contact list it had changed back to not allow. Anyone got any suggestions for me please. Thanks.
