Tonight I am going to an award ceremony at the local Arts Theatre for my daughter and a few others who have taken part in a pilot sheme for a National Arts Leaders Award . 5 of them put on a production of Grease using year 7 pupils as the cast. Her category was Drama but there is also Dance and Art. The Award scheme will be going National later. On Thursday, they have to repeat the rehersal with the pupils to be filmed for a Teaching Channel on TV. Have never heard of one!! Any ideas? So we are very proud of her and look forward a good night. Jacky :-)))) |
