i had this at the beginning of the month, as soon as my daughter was tow i put her into nursery, she didn't like it much, just 3 afternoons to start.but she has got use to it.the worse thing to do is blame yourself, all kids will play up for mum esp when u are leaving them, they do usually calm down once mum is out of site.i went home feeling quilty but she was ok and now enjoys going.it only takes time |

Kylie been there mate it's so hard I remember standing out side the church where Joshua went to kindy and and bawling my eyes out he was screaming out I want my Mum please will you go and get her, and I could hear it all, I dragged my self home only 5 doors away and anxiously waited the two hrs. and when I went to get him he said" I'll come home for lunch but then I want to go back Mum cause its very good I have a friend and I can play with lots of kids", so after exlaining that he was only going 3 days a week for the morning session he was as happy as larry to go next time and was a bit of a pain asking every morning was it kinda day ? so your little one will be fine but here's a hug anyway ((( you ))) Love Laraine x |

Hi I own a childrens nursery and I can reassure you that they are always ok. I know how you feel though as mine play me up and I'm there. Infact my children are always the loudest when I drop them off. Got it all to go through with my new baby when I go back to work. Hubby always says they are twice as bad for me and that they dont cry when he drops them off!! Liz |

Kylie, I know how you feel. My daughter cried for the first week and I was heartbroken. It was even worse the following week when she was having such a good time she wanted to stay there and not come home with me!! Jack x |
