Thanks Jeanette I missed it tonight but I expect we'll be glued for the next 24 weeks, lol. So many adverts on Sky though, I think the programme would only take about 40mins without them. Heather

I did watch the very first series,but the very last episode was so drawn out,it put me off. So decided not to watch it again. Hubby liked it though. trish

Hi Jeanette, We watch it here. You're only a few weeks behind us this time. The first 2 episodes covered 2 hours each so don't get caught out. Crista

I love 24, I hate waiting a whole week until the next episode tho, I always seem to have forgotten what has happened the week before, so I wait until they release the box set on dvd and watch it all over a couple of days, alot easier to get into that way. Tam X

Heather and Trish I think it did seem more drawn out this last episode because of all the adverts Sky keep interupting it with. It was much better when it was on the BBC. The tension seemed to build better. Crista Thanks for the warning! Does that mean that it won't last 24 weeks then this time, or does it take place over 48 hours? Jeanette x

Hi all I LOVE IT! Can't wait for the new series to start on Sunday. I liked it when it was on the BBC because you could watch next weeks episode right after this weeks on BBC 3. It meant I watched every episode twice but I never forgot what was happening! Lynne

I lose track of whats going on with all the adverts, I'm sure it would be better on BBCwith no interruptions. It's me age you see, I'm getting forgetful, lol. Heather

Jeanette, I think there must be 22 episodes this series. The first two were 2 hours each but the last one was just an hour. It usually starts in October or November but it got a late start this year. I think they're trying to play catch up so it still finishes in June. Crista

Hi Jeanette Pure 24 was BRILLIANT! I heard that an Anerican network started the same kind of thing after it proved popular over here. Can anyone remember what happened at the end of the last series? Lynne

I LOVE 24! I miss it on 2--and Pure 24. Hoping to convince my sister to tape it for me as i don't have Sky! Lynne, Jack chopped off Chase's arm! Palmer was planning to resign, Tony got arrested, Michelle looked mournful--again! (do you know she and Kiefer are dating in real life?) Oh and Jack was off to rehab. Apparently there are big cast changes this season.

Well, what did you think then? Watched it last night cos I was watching the Julie Walters thing on Sunday. Thought it got off to a flying start and I'm gripped already. Crista We had 2 hours this week but it looks as though we're only getting an hour next week. Jeanette x
