As I have tried to expound in my thread "Ghosts in the head or bats in the belfrey" consciousness is not lost when a person dies but remains as a subtle energy. Consciousnes may be shared between two or more people and the mind (another word for consciousness) may operate outside the brain. It follows that a free (from the body) mind may interact with or influence a living mind. This is not my idea but information I have collected from ongoing scientific research which I have detailed in the thread. Len

SOMEONES PLAYING GAMES AGAIN THERE ARE 3 REPLYS YET IT READ 0 WHEN I JUST LOOKED. THEY REALLY LIKE TO LET US KNOW THEY ARE AROUND. SHAZ JUST LOOKED AGAIN AND AS BEFORE, ONCE NOTICED EVERYTHING BACK TO NORMAL.

Definitely guidance from above. I have had a similar thing, I was trying to guess the year of death of my G-Grandfather with no sucess. Was down to my very last credit when suddenly I decided to try 4th qtr 1938, for no good reason as it was alot later than I had previously been looking. Suddenly there it was,his name staring at me from the screen and I am convinced I was 'guided ' to the correct year & qtr . Some ancestors really want to be found and give us a nudge. if only they were all so helpful!!!

Shaz - I believe you - sometimes there is no explanation why things turn up - unless we have been 'helped' its happened a lot to me in my research

THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE THIS WITH ALL OF YOU OUT THERE IN CASE ANY ONE ELSE HAS HAD SIMALAR HELP !!!! IT HAPPENED LAST FRIDAY WHILE SEARCHING ON 1837 FOR MY GRANDPARENTS MARRAIGE I TOOK A GUESS AT 10 YEAR BEFORE MY DAD WAS BORN WHICH IS 1916, NO MARRIAGE FOUND SO THEN TO 1915 WHICH IS WHEN I NOTICED SOMETHING VERY STRANGE IT NOT ONLY PRINTED 1915 BUT ON REVERSE OF PAPER AT THE SAME TIME (YES I KNOW IT IS IMPOSSABLE BUT) IT PRINTED 1914. ONCE I NOTICED THIS HAPPENING IT STOPPED SO THINKING IT WAS GUIDENCE FROM WHO EVER I PRINTED THE ONLY 1914 THAT HAD NOT COME OUT ON REVERSE OF 1915. THE JAN , FEB, MAR. YOU GUESSED IT THERE WAS MY GRANDPARENTS NAMES, AND DISTRICT. NOW YOU MAY THINK I AM MAD OR JUST LYING BUT I PROMISE ITS THE TRUTH. SHAZ
