Thank you Hayley. Feels much better. Me thinks I had better cut out the wine though although maybe not - I am getting palpitations just thinking about it. Libby

Well, if it's any help Libby, I have found the ideal diet. I just got back from holiday and I ate for breakfast, corn flakes, fried egg, bacon and fried bread and followed with marmalade on half a slice of toast. For evening meal I ate 5 courses most nights, always 4 and I lost 3 lbs. It seems to me that it isn't what you put in your mouth, it must have been the exercise I got. *reminds herself to get off the computer and go shopping*:)))) Chrissie

Thanks girls. Chrissie you are a lucky girl!! Seriously though, think I should at least cut down on the wine. I have a fairly healthy diet - loads of fruit and veg. Rarely eat biccys or choc, though i do occasionally have a binge. lol. Cook mainly from scratch, no fast food - or very rarely. Got to be the wine - or that's my excuse anyway. Libby x

Not so lucky Libby - it's just that I have a lot to lose:))))))) Your diet sounds great already. I wish I ate like that, fruit and veg don't seem to like me.

I hate to say this, as I am as much at fault as everyone else, but (whispers) do you think it could be because we spend sooo much time sitting at the computer and not exercising doing the h word (shudders) that the weight creeps on? Maybe we need a GR personall trainer who will come on hourly and get us all up and exercising!!! just for 5 minutes you understand, but it might help and would keep the blood circulating. I am sure many of us could be at risk of blood clots due to sitting in one place too long, worse than flying lol
