Maz, Apparently that necklace was gold with the medalions all the way round. I know what happened to it..... She was burried in it!!! So it's in Ireland. I know that they had lots of money, Unfortunatley it didnt pass my way as their tradition was that all the money was left to the youngest son. My grandfather was their oldest son. Lynda, Dont know what wrong with it. I will have a look. See where I get my blonde hair and fair skin from!? lol. (Must be from my dad!) Pat x

I love the one of my uncle Lesley. He looks so proper! He died when I was a year old, So I didn't know him but my mum adored him. He too had a great life. He worked on the Canberra, cruised the world and got paid for it!! Sadly he was only 45 when he died. Pat x

Sue, Yes I am lucky. Im so pleased to have them. Im not sure when the photo of Jeca was taken. I know that she was born about 1870, But it's difficult to tell her age from the picture. Im assuming maybe in her 40's so it would have been taken about 1910. It looks like it could be a passport photo to me? Maz, You may as well have your spade back as I do not know where she is burried. As yet I have been unable to trace her death. I know it was around the late 1920's and in Limerick. I hope she wasn't just burried at a roadside somewhere! Pat xx
