how do I take/do a 'screenshot' please

Sounds like you got it sorted maz - but easier than photoshop to join together a few screen prints - either paste it directly into email as someone sugested or paste it into a Word doc. You can keep adding the screen prints that way and save it as a Word file and attach it your email. |

It should capture the whole of the visible screen, if you need to copy the bit you can't see use scroll the screen down, take another screenshot and use your photo software to stitch together the 2 pictures. |

There's a key on the top row of your keyboard marked Prt Sc or similar, press it, open your photo editing software, click file, new a blank screen will open click on edit then paste, save the picture ready to send as an attachment. |
