Sounds like you got it sorted maz - but easier than photoshop to join together a few screen prints - either paste it directly into email as someone sugested or paste it into a Word doc. You can keep adding the screen prints that way and save it as a Word file and attach it your email.

* faints just reading the instructions * lol

thanks Carol, I have already sent it :-) I did actually try to copy the next bit down to a new file in photoshop, but it just kept giving me the same bit. never mind - they can see what I mean from what I sent anyway!

thanks ever so much for your help!

It should capture the whole of the visible screen, if you need to copy the bit you can't see use scroll the screen down, take another screenshot and use your photo software to stitch together the 2 pictures.

Increase the canvas size of the first picture to double the height, go through the same screenshot key procedure, file, new, edit, paste process again and then crop and cut the 2nd picture and paste it onto the first one, you can slide it into place to make one large picture, then flatten the layers and save it.

There's a key on the top row of your keyboard marked Prt Sc or similar, press it, open your photo editing software, click file, new a blank screen will open click on edit then paste, save the picture ready to send as an attachment.

Sounds primative, but do you have a digital camera ,take a picture that you could use, and send as an e-mail attachment?

I asked them how I could do that days ago and never had a reply.

I wanted to show them how tricky the new tree format was on my laptop.

Try this, Maz -
