Well they turned up for a holiday that had been cancelled as they hadn't paid for it


Then accused me of stopping their child from having a holiday, after they had driven for six and a half hours

could not understand that we had not recieved his cheque which was why he had not recieved a paid with thanks receipt.

I did ask him 3 times to stop shouting at me and he carried on, telling me to give him his accommodation and wouldn't listen.

So I told him again to stop shouting or leave the office and I would do nothing to help.

In the end I had to shout at him to make him shut up

Poor you..................we double check everything when we go away..........and that's only to a campsite with the caravan.

I get shouted at in a daily basis Jan work for PDSA,and always get accused of loving animals but let them suffer.

Just could get him to understand we had rung twice and left messages, sent three letters and a letter to say it had been cancelled

And still he said we had done it to stop his child from a holiday.

We managed to get him into our sister park

he then wanted US to pay for his petrol money and give him a big discount as he had travelled for six and half hours.
