All good, so far no more - it got daughter out of bed - its school hols here and she doesnt get up till about 11am
its 8.30am

Think the mountains still have some snow left Kem

we do get alot of small ones but sometimes parts of NZ have had huge ones.

Also one of our mountains (up north) erupted just a small amount. eekk

We had one in Kent, UK in April......there's still scaffolding on some houses awaiting further repairs in Folkestone.

We get quakes here in the UK. Have had several in our area over the years. One time the house 'lifted' then settled with a sort of big sigh.

eek - thats no good, Gwyneth & Ronald - high winds seem to cause more trouble here that the earthquakes, though there was a bad one in Napier - 1930 ish and i about 1 hour from us in the '70s we werent living here then.

PS - just did a google search of Napier and it was 1931
