well saturday night i got up to use bathroom
got back in bed hear a clatter downstairs,
go down to check and the grill rack that was in the dish rack on sink had been flung by spooks across kitchen and landed behind the door,

i was spooked then

what I would do is shout - I'm just popping upstairs, don't change channels while I'm gone, I think somethings fallen off the bed. that indicates that you are not in the house alone!! I do it when leaving the house if there's anybody hanging around - always shout Bye, won't be long - a bit mad but makes me feel safe.
