Grapefruit is a good natural diuretic. Also waterfall tablets from the health shop are good at the worst times. I take it this is on a regular basis ie every 28 or so days. |

Keep drinking as much as you can often people cut right down and it really doesn't help. |

Going for a good walk will help with the circulation in your legs, which will shift the fluid that gathers in your feet...make sure you do at least 15 mins a day, brisk enough to make you breathe faster and raise your pulse rate. |
