Subtle hints don't work with men.

Doh - how slow am I

Been dropping hints to OH for a week or two now about something.

Anyway he didn't seem to be hearing what I was saying so just sent him an email more or less saying 'this is what I want us to do'

Response from him (within 5 mins) 'okay I've got no problem with that'

Think I'll just communicate with him by email from now on. lol

Only do it when he has been non-responsive to hints though....never do it when he is in the doghouse. If he asks if you're alright, jsut say 'Yes Fine' and slam a door.

Yep that'll do, same effect. It will have him cringing in the corner and with a bit of luck he will start grovelling and at least put the kettle on. Or alternatively, do the banging things on the worktop thing (not too hard, you'll break them, unless the argument is about not having new ones)

MGHS they also suffer from selective amnesia...especially when its their fault!

*shocked*

TW you've just said

"especially when its their fault!"

but men are never in the wrong - are they ??

This means all the times he's eaten overcooked dinner through spending extra time at work he's to blame. ?

Wow - the things I've learnt today.
