Has anyone heard of "London Ticket Shop"????? ordered tickets for Take That for Sunday 23rd Dec and not got them yet.Getting no reply from them via email and the phone line either dead or answer phone.

If you Google "London Ticket Shop" I'm afraid there are an awful lot of unhappy customers.

I don't rate your chances of getting what you paid for.
Can you cancel your payment?

I've heard bad things about them. They do offer a money back guarantee but don't know if that is worth the paper its written on. Have you tried e-mailing them and asking for a call back from their UK based representative, they claim call backs within 72 hours but again nothing to say they will. If you paid by credit card you should be able to get a refund from the card issuer as far as I can remember

Hi everyone
Sorry I have not replied earlier, been trying to sort this mess out. I googeld and saw ots of terrible things about this company (polite word) It is actually my stepdaughter who is waiting for the tickets, we have had lots of helpf rom a lady on this site and are taking her advise on the matter, I will let you now what the outcome is.
Words fail me as to what to call these people.
Thanks Buttercup, could do with a holiday myself, trip to Hungary would suit me fine alog with some heavies.
Update as soon as I know anymore

kemp, I saw it on watchdog a few months ago!
and contacting the band/venue seems to be the best idea!

Still no news on the Take that tickets for Sunday. No phone calls are being answered.
