Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the legs,and you too puss,Fred had to go to the docs come the finish ,and was given quinine ,.and have to say,they do work,and i can stop in bed instead of leaping around the bedroom floor for hours[worth a try ladies?].Fred.xxxx

Hi is this for cramp my husband suffers terrible with cramp doctor won't give him anything he drinks Tonic water before bed and eats at least one bannana a day he is also diabetic.

goodmorning all
thank you Vicky im still in pain with my leg i had anew knee 18mths ago but i ve also got arthtis in ,i have tablets for cramp and they realy work,and i think i over did walking yesterday,i wish you all have anice day

Morning Joyce. Hope you take it easy today. Is Jan feeling any better? Ridiculous that your doctor closes until Monday. It's hardly worth them opening for one day. Don't you have a system like NHS24 there?
Keep warm, and get as much rest as you can.
