Remember the one I told you about Christmas day - my only Daughter - who split with her hubby - well she has got dressed up and is going out for a break - she looked lovely but she has lost so much weight I worry for her. |

When my ex left me I dropped loads of weight through upset and stress, as soon as my life started to get better and happier times happened I gradually gained weight again, I could now actually do with losing a stone if I'm honest. She'll be fine especially with you as a mum. |

Didn't know about your daughter Gillian, sorry. I'm sure that she will be ok, and you wouldn't be normal if you didn't worry about her! |

As long as you can get her to eat properly, and make sure she doesn't lose too much weight, then I'm sure she will be fine. I worry about my daughter, as she is as thin as a rake, rarely takes time to sit down and eat a meal, but what can I do. She's a grown woman, and I just worry all the more when I upset her. |

I think when a couple split up you do tend to lose weight or go the other way and put it on she will soon get back to what she was and good luck to her I hope she has a great night. |

I always used to say that a divorce was the best diet going. She will be OK - if she does not want to eat - just make sure she eats soup , drinks milk etc. you are sensible you do not need me to tell you. |
