Anybody used this greeting card site. I want to send a personalised card to my brother, just wondered if it is any good, what is the quality of the cards like?

If you don't mind subscribing, Jacquie Lawson is very good.

I use Jacquie Lawson cards and they are lovely. There isn't a huge selection but very professional.

I paid £8 and that's for a two year subscription and you can send as many cards as you like.

Some of you on here got Xmas cards from me so I am sure you will agree they were lovely.

Hi Cariad,
I haven't sent any personally but my sister uses it all the time. Both me and my hubby have received them from her via moonpig and the quality is excellent. The ones we have had are jokey ones and they just look like ones from shops (with the shiny outer if you know what I mean!)
Definitely going to try them myself for 'special' birthdays as not cheap enough for everyone!

Isn't Jackie Lawson an ecard site? Have had ecards from there but not used it myself.

The Jacquie Lawson site is just cards by email for all occasions. Sorry, I should have said that.

It also got a lot of free advertising over Xmas on LBC radio. Listeners had been sending the presenters cards from this site.

ps Meant to say that for £8 subscriptionfor two years, if you send a lot of cards throughout the year especially at Xmas then you save an absolute fortune on cards and postage.

I've just renewed mine for 2 years too. Love the cards from there. In fact think I'll have a look now, my son has just broken his arm, see if I can find one that will cheer him up!

got to tell you all, the moonpig card I ordered arrived on Saturday. It is great, good quality and a nice strong card envelope. I ordered the large card and it was £6 a lot I agree, but for my brother's special 50th birthday next weekend, so for him, I don't mind letting the moths out of my purse.

Also bought him an bottle of Penderyn Welsh Whiskey, looking forward to seeing him soon. Don't get together very often, as he lives in Wales.

A good friend sent us a personalised card from Moon Pig and we thought it was brilliant :-) The quality is superb; in fact we actually thought that she'd found one in a shop with our names on at first (doh!).

I will definitely be using them myself in the future, but I also use Jacquie Lawson for e-cards as they are excellent too.

Mandy :)
