evening we have been busy I came home happy and relaxed ,went to put the washing in discovered a front door key of one of the residents so I had to go in this morning .we had a cuppa in a café then did some pottering about before returning home with a lemon trifle and we have just eaten a chicken tea lol

Good luck with your IT exam tomorow YG. As usual, you'll Ace it. Waking up to snow etc won't be a pleasant experience. Fingers crossed it won't delay your commute.
V will enjoy her part time work, or at least, she'll enjoy the extra money. What is she going to be doing? Most places round here won't take them on until they reach 18 if they are in full time education and preferably have finshed their exams.

How annoying to have to go back into work Maz. You probably aren't the first to forget to hand something back, and are unlikely to be the last.
A Trifle sounds a good reward for making the effort. ;-)

No work today - we went to visit friends down near Folkestone. A good pub lunch out and a gossip. He and OH were Apprentices together, and OH's Best Man at our Wedding. For the son of a Docker raised in a tower block in S London, he has done extremely well for himself. He's just been head-hunted to be the Secretary of a leading medical charity. Even we have heard of some the Board members!!!!

Evening DET. I am resting by sitting sorting through my research papers to take tomorrow. I do not intend moving until OH comes in much later :-D :-D :-D

V is going to be working at the main dealership, possibly on Reception. R helped her to get the post as it comes under his domain :-D :-D She will have to do a good job, though, or else she will have her Dad on her back :-0 :-0 She will probably only work on a Saturday whilst her exams are taking place, then cover more days during the holidays.

She has really calmed down now and her moods have disappeared :-D :-D She is growing up and the youngest is starting where V has left off :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D No moods generally from her, but she likes her own way and is a bossy little so and so!! Well, they only have another 7 years to go and she will outgrow it, then it will be all peace and quiet :-D :-D :-D :-D ;-)

I have got much closer to H now she is older but when she was young I had no end of problems with her :-|. I always said inside there was a lovely girl waiting to appear :-D :-D

She's a woman and mother now and it makes a difference. She will perhaps find out for herself in a few years time what you went through!! :-D :-D

For the last couple of days I've been tired during the day, shattered in the evening and been in bed before midnight. The downside is that I've been waking up early as well. Its really annoying. :-|

I checked just about every thing to see how I could get my updated to Win10 pc
accept my copier / printer / scanner without success.
All the printers acceptable were listed with the exclusion of mine.
It's an HP all in one 1050. seems to be destined to the bin or a charity shop :-(

Before you dump a perfectly functional piece of kit, have you considered asking if a local IT/computer doctor could sort it out? A simple phone call would suffice at this stage.

I couldn't find drivers for the above, not available.
So I asks Cortona what pc is this...it instantly replied Dell Win7
So it gets dafter. Might give this away and replace it :-(

Well, the exam is over and done with after an exasperating start with the laptop!! It was all set up ready and went I went in to start the exam it has gone down and has some sort of fault. The ICT dept helped out with another lappy, but it wound me up and the exam was a demon :-0 :-0 :-0

Evening YG. How irritating to have the programme go down on you. No wonder you were exasperated. Did you get the results straight away or will they be sent to you?

No idea why I feel so tired. It's certainly not from over doing things. It might have something to do with my digestive system - theres an awful lot of wind around ;-)
Yakut sorted it out last year; I'm hoping it will do the same again.
