Its a nice bright day I had to nip out early but as a result got plenty done and now going to settle to study .

No problem Maz :-D. The pain is easing a bit now so I have managed a little of my knitting. We went out for a lovely meal last night with the family which was really lovely. My how our young man packs his food away :-D :-D :-D :-D

I have damaged my shoulder joint so now on strong painkillers. Thank goodness it was not a dislocation as they bloomin hurt something cruel.
I have not been able to do much so OH has stepped up bless him. <3. Off to the History Society talk tonight as I don't want to miss that as it is about Highgate Cemetery an old stomping ground of mine :-D

I cannot use it as I am allergic to it. :-(. If it is a dislocation I remember the pain of it being put back in as I did my right shoulder 4 years ago.

It does sound painful, have you tried painkiller cream, it works faster but you still have to be careful how much you put on.

Afternoon all, very warm here today so the washing is out and blowing in the warm breeze. I feel helpless as OH is doing loads of the jobs because I think I may have dislocated my left shoulder. I only pushed myself up from the bed and it gave a huge snapping noise and boy is it painful. I will have to get it looked at tomorrow :-|

My Hubby had a lot of treasure in his man cave.
