Then it can't be scotch broth if there is no lamb in it. It will be veg and barley broth. |

It calls it Scotch Broth Mel..vegetable scotch broth,a sustaining Scottish speciality, this meat-free version makes a warming meal for cooler days.(It's a Wait**** recipe).I just had a little taste and it is good. The only thing I'm not sure about is the texture of the mushrooms that are in it. |

Mum ate four out of the eight grapes I gave her. she has had a cup of tea and a rich tea biscuit and a glass of water and a bowl of lime jelly and , she tells me 10 choc buttons. I had bought them to put on cup cakes and just took them in to her and gave her one and the packet. She was watching the telly so I thought she may not realise how many she had eaten. Oh anything she will eat I will give her!!! I also gave her a double finger of a ham sandwich of which she ate three quarters! |
