Sorry,..... all I know is her name, and she says she is a niece of my mother, This was on The Heritage site, as I don't belong to that site, I can't get any more info. No one in the family I have spoke to know her. I knew it was along shot but thanks so much. Val

As we don't know your mother's name (apart from, presumably, Gardner) , place or year of birth, it's impossible for us to try to trace the relationship, if any.

Of course, don't give her exact DOB on here if she is still living.

Vivienne may be a distant cousin, whom nobody in the family would know about if they hadn't done any family tree research.

You say you found her name on "The Heritage site".

No, she doesn't, if that page posted by Rose is all you have to go on.

Vivienne manages a Kelly Web Site - which does seem to include your mother - but there's no way to know how your mother fits in with the Kelly family without joining MyHeritage in order to look at the tree. Your mother may be a far out distant twig on the tree.

If she claims to be your mother's niece, you can easily verify by looking up the children of your mother's siblings on freebmd.

Ada doesn't appear to have married,

Unless Kelly is the woman's married surname, she can't be your mother's niece.
She could be a great-niece, but you'd have to do a lot more research to try to prove that
